The Single Class Pass gives you access to one group fitness class of your choice. It’s a great way to experience a single session before committing to a membership.

No problem! Gami, our instructor is friendly, welcoming, and experienced in helping first-timers feel comfortable. Just let her know, and she’ll guide you through it.
9 / Do you offer private training sessions?
Currently, we specialize in group fitness classes. However, let us know your interest, and we can connect you with resources for personal training.
10 / Is there parking available at the studio?
Yes, there is ample parking available near our studio. We make it easy for you to focus on your workout without worrying about logistics.
11 / What’s the minimum age to attend classes?
Our classes are designed for adults aged 18 and up. If you’re younger but interested, reach out to discuss potential options!

13 / What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Your safety is our top priority. Please consult with your doctor before starting a new fitness program and inform our instructors of any limitations so we can help you modify exercises as needed.
14 / What’s the liability waiver?
By signing up for any of the single/drop-in classes, limited memberships, or unlimited memberships offered by Forever Fit with Gami, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participation in fitness classes involves physical exertion and carries the risk of injury. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in Forever Fit with Gami’s classes, including, but not limited to, injuries resulting from accidents, improper form, or overexertion.

Health and Fitness: I confirm that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in the classes I’ve signed up for. I will consult with a healthcare provider before starting any fitness program if I have any concerns regarding my health or ability to participate.

Waiver of Liability: I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Forever Fit with Gami, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of my participation in the fitness classes, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

No Refund for Missed Classes: I acknowledge that if I miss any classes during my membership, whether due to illness, personal reasons, or any other circumstances, I will not be entitled to a refund or make-up class.

Acknowledgment: By signing up for a class or membership with Forever Fit with Gami, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver, and that I voluntarily agree to the terms outlined above.
